My headstalls are unique because they were designed in tandem with a two-time world champion in endurance riding.
Unique Design for easy bit release
The Biothane bit holder is a separate piece from the Biothane halter attached only by a button at the top of the halter and a tab running to the bit holder at the top of the pole. This allows for easy detachment at the pit stops so that horses have their mouth free to eat and drink. This feature is of course helpful to all trail riders as well when they take a break on the trail and on other occasions.
Custom Styles Available for individuals or organizations
A note: other styles of biothane/beta biothane headstall are available by custom request. We offer the production of biothane headstalls for organizations. We are presently in the process of making headstalls with side bit holders for the Houston Mounted Police.
Durability and strength with low maintenance
The biggest advantage of biothane tack is that it is stronger than leather, low maintenance not requiring oiling and replacement as often as leather. Biothane tack comes in a variety of colors, including beta biothane colors which look like leather (to satisfy the traditionalists). We can create a variety of combinations of colors to suit your tastes, or your horse's.

All tack can be either solid brass or stainless steel see above for pricing on stainless steel, (no plated hardware).
My reins with the biothane extensions have scissor snaps on the ends with conway buckles for easy adjustment for length and are about 9.5 feet long. These are knotted with biothane extensions.
All tack has a lifetime free repair warranty.
I do ask people to cover the cost of shipping to me and back. People should include a check or money order for $6 to cover return of tack after repair.
