What options do I have for custom tack? Our unique design with a connecting tab to hold the over the pole bit hanger in place is our preferred style. However, if you indicate that you would like a side bit hanger design just say that is what you want. Any other style may be possible if snaps are not required or if we have a satisfactory method of achieving what you want.
How long does it take to get my tack or other products? Usually you would get your order in about 1 week. On occassion it could run longer depending on backup of orders. We can usually give you a fairly accurate indication when you call to place the order.
What are your hours of operation? Almost all the time. Whenever you can reach me on my cell phone. I do like to sleep so approximately 8 to 8 will get me.
Where are you located? I am truly on the road. I attend approximately 40 events a year in the endurance racing and competitive ride schedule. I cover approximately 35 states. My home (about 10 to 30 days a year is in western New York. I spend much of the winter in Texas or Florida and range into adjacent states from there in the winter. In the spring and summer I'm everywhere else.
